Often, habitual beliefs and resentment between parts of ourselves hold us back. A support process can help negotiate respect and understanding between conflicted parts and their roles, allowing better flow of the parts’ natural talents and functions.

I offer two modes of IFS-informed service: IFS support and psychedelic preparation and integration to aid in navigating these experiences.

Each of these fields -Psychedelics and IFS- is powerful alone, but both traditions can overlap in an important way: facilitating access to “Self"' energy. In IFS terms, “Self-Leadership” embodies the spiritual qualities of curiosity, creativity, compassion, courage, clarity, calmness, connectedness, and confidence. These qualities also characterize some of the changes many people seek and find in psychedelic states. Our parts are capable of more Self-leadership to work in harmony.

Using these together, I offer an IFS-informed approach to support and facilitate your. The energy, insights, and imagery of psychedelic experiences can enrich and accelerate the openness and curiosity fostered with IFS.
